The units are modern, huge with really comfortable beds.

I had a great experience here, the food was amazing, the bar was fantastic, and the location was ideal for exploring nearby restaurants, catching an early ferry, and being close to industrial areas.

My room was like a sauna! It was so hot and extremely uncomfortable.

Stayed here with my kids and everything was good. The stuff where always polite, pretty friendly. The location of the hotel was marvellous, in a beautiful setting. There was free Wi-Fi in the business centre and the service in general was helpful. Besides, I parked outside.

it's a nice quiet place, close to the motorway for easy access.

the shower was like standing under a broken drainpipe, and the sheets had a few cigarette burns.

staff very friendly and helpfull, and with my flight being cancelled due to ash cloud, even more helpfull than the aiport and airline and as i also had my 2 year old son with me made my stay very enjoyable, as took time to make sure we were both ok. will be making this the hotel i now stay in each visit i now make.

This venue is clean, brilliant, and has extremely friendly staff in an excellent, handy location surrounded by a lovely area.

The hotel room was clean and had everything you need (including tea/coffee making facility). Hotel is good if you are looking for a quiet spot after a long day as it is located only about 15 min. drive outside Belfast. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is a bit dated, but clean. The bed was really squeaky

The staff were very good and most helpful. The food whilst not michelin star was good and plentiful. If the night club opened I never heard it. Perfect for what I wanted.

The mattress was passed it's sell by date

The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food and beverages.

£40 for a room was excellent, although the hotel decor could do with some updating. A Full English breakfast was £5, lovely food served to your table by friendly staff, really brilliant value.

The next morning we discovered a previous guest's dirty socks and underwear lying under the table in our bedroom! We didn't mention it to staff as we were checking out anyway.

Very nice staff, was very helpfull when arrived early, prepared our room and checked us in before our time.

The only thing I can think of really is the price.

We asked for a non smoking room and when we arrived we're put in a smoking the smell was terrible and we have a 10 month old baby which wasn't very nice for her. The room was very groty. I have to say when I asked to be moved the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The next room was slightly cleaner. What would have happened if the hotel had been full as I couldn't have slept in the room all night with the smell of smoke.T
